Merry Go-Round
Every year I struggle to come up with something to give my coworkers for Christmas. Something small and inexpensive... but not junk. The past couple of years I have made homemade treats. I was thinking this year I would make some homemade peppermint swirl marshmallows, but I worry that people will be sick of receiving sweets. So I'm hoping one of you can help me come up with a healthy, delicious (and easy) alternative that people might actually like.

You could find a yummy bread recipe and buy those little mini-loaf pans and then after the bread is baked wrap them in colored saran wrap and tie with a bow! They may be a little time consuming, but at least they are healthy!
I was at Sur La Table (fancy little kitchen shop, not sure if they have one in UT) here in SF the other weekend and bought these: http://www.surlatable.com/product/features/fall+baking+shop/paper+loaf+pan%2C+6+x+2.5+in.%2C+each.do?search=basic&keyword=paper+baking+pans&sortby=ourPicks&page=1
Paper baking pans for .50 cents a pop! Perfect for gift giving!
I like the idea of little paper baking pans! We do have a Sur la Table here, at the Gateway. I was planning to make a trip to Gygi's (a restaurant-supply type store) to get some red and white baking twine to wrap my Christmas gifts with. I wonder if they'll have some paper pans as well?
